Victoria Manor Living Room After

Our first priority was to remove walls and raise sunken areas.

Then, using a large 26-foot steel beam, we freed up space and created connectivity between rooms. This paved the way for an open-tread spiral staircase with a spectacular curved rock wall. It’s the perfect backdrop to the new spacious kitchen, with its 11-foot quartz island and top-of-the-line appliances.

In the living room, the same stone wall borders an electric fireplace, large TV and built-in cabinetry.

Durable, hardwood-like tile and wainscoting flow into grand, vaulted ceilings. No longer cramped and overcrowded, the laundry area and mudroom have plenty of space and countertops. The family now uses every corner of this inviting and functional home.
