At the front foyer, we removed tile and installed hardwood, amplifying the curved stairway’s impact.

Throughout the main floor, we took down arches, pony walls and pillars to open up the space. Then, we updated the kitchen with maple espresso cabinetry and contrasting white countertops.

In the living room, the fireplace’s state-of-the-art tile gives the home an intriguing focal point.

Bright lighting, cabinetry and flooring, along with a large tiled shower, create a relaxing atmosphere in the master ensuite bathroom. From room to room, the homeowner is captivated by the renovation’s contemporary look-and-feel.
