Stylishly Smart
Sophistication meets efficient space planning—this home was truly designed for two. A house fire necessitated a full renovation for this 1950’s bungalow, providing the couple with an opportunity to turn their loss into a beautifully customized space.

BeforeAfter

Prior to the fire and smoke damage, the home featured three bedrooms, a tiny kitchen and dinette.

But, with no children left in the house, the couple wanted to completely reconfigure the space to suit their needs. In both style and function, the redesigned home is a flawless fit.

Goldbar Exterior Front After 2

On the exterior,

dark blue and green siding contrasts with stone material, immediately setting this home apart as a neighbourhood gem.

Goldbar Ensuite Tub After

The reorganized interior features one large bedroom, complemented by a spacious walk-in closet.

The bathroom is the epitome of luxury, with a pebble pathway leading from the freestanding tub to the 6-foot long steam shower.

Goldbar Kitchen 2 After

By removing the wall between the living room and kitchen,

we virtually doubled the kitchen’s size, leaving ample room for grey maple cabinets, quartz countertops and high-end appliances. The couple feels happily at home in this refined residence for two.
