However, the layout didn’t accommodate the client’s artistic and musical pursuits, not to mention their reduced family size. The house’s exterior looked dated and compact, and the foundation leaked during heavy rain.

The homeowners can’t get enough of the art studio and music room, along with its climate-controlled instrument storage space. We achieved inclusive design through expanded hallways, an elevator and a handicap-accessible bathroom. The reinforced exterior has a vaulted dormer, beamwork and stone, adding grandiosity and style.
